All such aesthetics imply one simple, heinous notion: In order to be beautiful one must be artificial. Such consumerist products teach our children that artificiality is desirable. To be attractive one must be a synthetic simulation, a mere reproduction of doctored images and anorexic models and societal unrealism. This doll is a perfectly corroded symbol of fractured self-esteem, encouraged falsity, and heartened facsimiles within the United States. We have made millions by counterfeiting our youngest generation.
